Fusion is a personal project by Joy Manzanares ("I", "me"). This page explains what information Fusion keeps about you, why, where it's kept, and what you can ask me to do with it. If anything is unclear, write to hello@joymanzanares.com.
What Fusion keeps

Fusion doesn't use advertising, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Cookies and storage in your browser
Fusion stores your sign-in session and a few preferences (such as your theme) in your browser, and uses one cookie to show your pictures. They're needed for Fusion to work; there are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Where your information is kept
- Supabase (database, pictures and sign-in), in the European Union: Frankfurt, Germany.
- Netlify (the website and its server functions).
- Resend (sending Fusion's emails, such as confirming your address or resetting your password), in the European Union: Ireland. It receives your email address and the message.
- Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google: Google tells Fusion your name, email address and profile picture.
- Anthropic (Claude), only when you use the assistant features of the Journey Board (such as "Auto-assign" or "Set states"): the text of the board needed for that request is sent to Anthropic to produce the suggestion. It isn't used to train their models.
These providers process information on Fusion's behalf, under their own security and privacy commitments. Some of them may process information outside the European Union, with the safeguards the law requires.
Who can see your boards
Your boards are yours. The owner and the admins of this workspace can see and manage every board, to run the workspace and its examples. Boards chosen as examples are shown to everyone who uses Fusion.
How long it's kept
Your account and your boards are kept until you delete them or ask me to delete them. A board you move to the trash stays there until it's deleted for good. If your account is removed, your boards are kept for the workspace owner, unless you ask for them to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask me to show you the information Fusion has about you, correct it, delete it, or give you a copy (you can also export any board yourself). You can also object to how it's used. Write to hello@joymanzanares.com and I'll answer within one month. If you're in the European Union and aren't satisfied with my answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Connections to Fusion are encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, and the database only lets each person reach what their role allows.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, I'll say so in Fusion before the change applies. The date at the top shows the latest version.
